
Meg Cronan | President & Owner
Meg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support and administrative roles. She understands how integral these roles are to the overall success of a leadership team, and the value they bring to drive a business forward. She has worked for several prestigious global companies across a variety of industries including finance, real estate, management consulting, private equity, retail, consumer products, and education.
Meg spent nearly a decade at Bain & Company, where she obtained a world-class education of best practices in executive-level administration, corporate event planning, process improvement, and operational efficiency. During her tenure at Bain, Meg supported multiple Vice Presidents while building and maintaining key client relationships. She gained experience interviewing, training, and mentoring new team members, planned the annual company off-site event for headquarters, created key presentations, and even launched a French Language and Culture Club for her Boston office colleagues. Meg briefly dipped her toes in the marketing world to coordinate alumni events for the northeast network, partnering alongside the alumni chairman and office heads for Boston and New York.
Meg’s path led her to Greystar in Charleston, South Carolina, where she supported a large financial organization comprised of multiple global functions in a Chief of Staff capacity. She partnered with this leadership team to bolster and uplevel their employee engagement program, implemented and managed an extended leadership strategy committee, and helped develop a team training program for the organization. Meg supported key projects and initiatives relating to Legal Entity Management, Supplier Compliance, and the Accounting Governance Committee. She was responsible for creating presentations and speaker notes for leadership on-site meetings, town halls, and board meetings in addition to managing executive assistant duties for multiple leaders.
Meg graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & Writing and a Minor in French. She taught English in the South of France for a year after college, and understands the importance of a global mindset.
When she isn't working, you can find Meg running around the low country or enjoying time at the beach with her beloved dog, Leon.
